As Board Planner, Nishuane Group Principal Gerard Haizel ensured the project adhered to the Central Orange Redevelopment Plan and other development criteria, reviewed the site plan for improvements, and testified before the Board on its alignment with both the Redevelopment Plan & Master Plan.

Earlier this week, developer Gateway Merchant Banking announced unanimous site plan approval from the City of Orange Township Planning Board for the redevelopment at 188 S. Essex St., a phased project expected to begin later this year. 🏗
