Whenever I grill my own steak I use wagyu, let it sit in the fridge for a few hours covered in kosher salt and black pepper, and use garlic butter and rosemary to baste it in a cast-iron pan. It practically melts in your mouth if done right. No proper recipe, I just do it by sight.
