When you read a serious french article in the battle and armor magazine (batailles et blindés)and you felt the author was trying to hide his pro Russian stance/ information sphère but then makes it obvious.

I live nearby and checked it out going back home yesterday.It was smelling a lot and I could see a floating barrage down in the river.

Also note that the site they're talking about has a few CCTV but nothing more preventing intrusions
