This week's recipe is two more types of savory toast.
One made with cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic, herbs, apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper.
The other made with avocado, mustard seeds, lemon juice, mustard, chili flakes, and sunflower seeds.
Both made with rye toast, and both very tasty!

Impossible Beef coated in a cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder mix, cooked in canola oil.
With tartar sauce made from cucumber, mayo, parsley, tarragon, and lemon extract.
With a side of roasted potatoes, broccoli, & lemon wedges.
So good!

Made a couple spooky themed dishes this week to go along with the season. Spider muffins made with muffin mix, avocado oil, oat milk, egg, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla frosting, Oreos, black icing for the legs, and candy eyes. The most amazing sweet flavor that has ever entered my mouth.

I saw KPop Demon Hunters, and I see what all the hype was about it's so good!
And on top of that, the vocal group that sings the songs went on the Tonight Show and found out the soundtrack went Platinum!

This week's recipe is Impossible Beef in a fig-orange glaze. Made with juice of an orange, fig preserves, soy sauce, agave nectar, and orange zest (made from peeling the top layer of the orange peel).
Server with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
The glaze was delicious! Loved it
