I wonder how many are due to condo issues and not the owner?

As someone that tried to teach at colleges, many are hiring adjuncts at minimal cost and are cutting back on full time faculty. Many wear multiple hats to keep the train on the tracks.

I’m no expert but I believe it’s bad for people’s hopes that the Fed will continue to cut rates. Higher wages and a strong labor market make it difficult for inflation to come down.

Is this likely to continue when US markets open? Definitely not asking as a lender nervous to lock his pipeline tonight or not…
