- Stay away from oral steroids
- inhalers not indicated
- no need for extended abx course in LRTI #AMR (unlike in #bronchiectasis)
- MDT working, better communication primary/secondary care

Take away points for ILD not associated with other respiratory diseases:
- ILD is NOT COPD
- have ILD as a differential if #SOB, ongoing #cough, quick desaturation
- earlier diagnosis lead to better outcomes: CXT, HRCT, PFT, LTOT, PR
- crackles: once you've heard them, you'll remember them.
