Who's to say he isn't already alpha-test Abert Wesker? It'd explain the hair regrowth and his uncanny resemblance to a bloating corpse with his shirt off.

Great. Now let us assign multiple variables with one line of code like Python. :-P

A government "making a profit" would kinda indicate it's hampering real economic activity. Unless they're using really bass-ackwards terminology for reducing the monetary base.

Like all speech, some is offensive, some is poetic, some is educational, some is personal, some reflects societal norms, some contests it

Attacks on porn flatten this. It's propaganda, using particular element they define ("violence! misogyny! availability!) as a justification to censor all of it

"Porn" is not a monolith.

It's not one body type or style.

It's not a drug or mysterious mesmerizing force.

It's not defined by studios or platforms or monetization.

It's not expression limited to "the male gaze" or "objectification" or "exploitation."

It's just speech about desire — erotics

At its basest, it's written or visual meant for sexual arousal.

Porn can be something you make for yourself. Or for a partner

Porn can be artistic. Art can be pornographic.

Porn can be a documentary record of a community, or a person

Or "porn" can be a commercial venture. Or all of the above.

This doesn’t mean:

Minors should have access. Workers shouldn’t have rights.

It doesn’t mean you have to like or understand everything. It doesn’t mean certain things can’t offend you.

But that’s true of all forms of speech. And sexuality. And labor.

Censorship silence those discussions.

We can contest those definitions another time.

But when we hear politicians (or antiporn activists) talk about "the porn industry" or "the effect of porn" or "pornified society," understand that it's rhetorical switch.

They want to shut down all sexual expression. They want enforced modesty.

So when I say porn is good, and porn is healthy, it's because sexual expression is good, and sexual expression is healthy. And records of that, pride in that, is good and healthy.

Being able to openly discuss sexuality is a sign of a healthy, society.

Being ashamed of it is not.
