I think you are missing the main point Justin. Trump's people aren't in the same "fog" as the rest of us as they are getting the economic data. That they are not releasing said data tells me all I need to know.

Trump's administration doesn't care about catching drug traffickers. They just want the cool explosions and the trash talk. Also, with so many eugenics proponents amongst them, I'm picking they are quite happy for the weak (i.e. poor) to succumb to drugs.
