Right after my mom died a few months ago, I went to her place to help clean and organize. We donated a lot of things, and kept some of her favorite possessions. She had a few small vases with little glass stem flowers. Lately we've been adding to them. It's a nice way to remember my mom.

. I'm one and a half days out of the ER, still morphined up from a surfing injury that broke 4 ribs, two bones in my back, and my shoulder in two places.

This is my mom. She left this earth a month ago. She was a good person. Truly good. Had her struggles and mess-ups. We all do. She deserves to be remembered with fondness and kindness

The day before going to my mother's funeral service, was lucky enough to have a night of Rollercoasters and ridiculous times with @jedikermit.bsky.social at Disney's Magic Kingdom. TRON: lightcycle run was truly the best of the best.

A few throwbacks of Sasha, best dog. (I'll admit every single dog is the best dog). She was just about the happiest pup you could meet. She'd get off her leash and antagonize you for an hour, coming just close enough to pretend she's done, then raise her middle claw to flip you off.
