Started placing the streets for the JapanTown area. Not sure how big of a file size/ performance hit it'll be, but I won't know til I slap everything down.

Finally got Spline Spawner so I can randomize facades for building foundations. This should help build more streets for the city

Was able to add some Brightness, Saturation, and Hue shift sliders to Gabby's Hair, Primary, and Secondary colors. Also showing some clothing toggles for customization
