Hugely-appreciated heart and soul! Unlike the capo to his right (104-105), he actually knows the chants and leads the crowd w/constant energy and w/o turning to watch the game for minutes on end. Super rapport w/supporters, totally gets the purpose and importance of his "job", and is having fun!
