I knew Nya wasn't going to leave the team for good. What really works here is that the characters genuinely believe they've lost Nya. And unlike Pixal with Zane in season 3, none of them have the slightest indication that she'll eventually return.

For me, Jay, Kai, and Arin mainly play platformers, Cole plays fighting games, Lloyd and Wyldfyre play FPS, Nya, Sora, Pixal, and Frak play RPGs, and Zane plays puzzle games.

This fight is still one of the best Ninjago has ever given us. I love how the animation fully exploits the potential of the Overlord's powers and the use of his crystals in combat.
