Progress update on the M31 project. This is 8 hours of one shot color with the FMA 135 and ASI 585MC. For a small scope with a filter and light polluted skies, this is coming along nicely!

Last night also produced this great image of the Andromeda Galaxy. Using my "mini rig" and the L-Quad Enhance filter I captured 4 hours of data to get this #astrophotography image. It's nice knowing how to have the rig hop around between targets when one gets too low to image. Bode's Galaxy is next.

Last night also produced this great image of the Andromeda Galaxy. Using my "mini rig" and the L-Quad Enhance filter I captured 4 hours of data to get this #astrophotography image. It's nice knowing how to have the rig hop around between targets when one gets too low to image. Bode's Galaxy is next.
