I should start this off by saying, I did NOT plant any cherry tomatoes this year.
I did, however, clean out my tomato bed and transplant soil to a spot in my yard that needed grading and in which nothing grows.
I saw a few volunteers sprout but didn’t think anything of it.

I like that ABC chose *not* to put that on their main part of the video. I also like that his lapel from a distance looks like it matches the minbar.

I did that and installed a barrier between my yard and the neighbor’s yard so I stop getting their honeysuckle, buckthorn, bellflower, and bindweed. Or at least slow it down. Multiple layers of yard fabric obviously didn’t cut it 🤦🏻♀️

It is and she is. We have two - our tricolor is an 8 month old and our sable is 3. They’re such great dogs.

First day with a Lumia device. I got a sizable jump after rounds going to/from cafeteria with stairs. Not a ton of symptoms today besides coat hanger pain/headache and nausea, which is lovely, but it’ll be interesting to track when things do crop up and after my saline bolus next week.

I compiled this off the Big POTS survey for a class a while back. I’ve always been astonished how many providers want to add anxiety diagnoses to patients with known autonomic sympathetic overactivation - because as it turns out, fight or flight comes with a side of panic.

Ours must have gotten mixed in with a toy bin. Stores didn’t have them.
So I dug deep for my hebrew school teacher crafting vibes and managed to quickly make 6 dreidels so the kids could still play with the massive bag of starburst I have.
It worked so much better having the instructions on it.

I am *stunned.* Beyond stunned. This project was literally my educator and me (as a staff nurse and skin champion) being immature buttheads to try to help people do better at protecting our patients from preventable injuries.
