Totally agree. It's been weird for me as I'm a little older than the kids who grew up with him. They experienced it front to back while I experienced it opposite. Very much like a metaphor for life ....

I found his music after he died and was really surprised by how good swimming was.
Then I started to explore a bit more. He was a really talented musician and by all accounts a genuine nice person. He put out more music in his short career than five or six bands do in their entire career.
