I can’t stop picking my thumbs. Any thoughts on how to stop? I used to get my nails done to deter the behavior. How do you do this with no nails?!

Tiny little icicles in South Carolina 😢… we used to get snow when I was a kid 30+ years ago. We had snow every year for the longest time. Nowadays were lucky if we wear long sleeve shirts on Christmas.
