They have to reinvent, their buyers demographic is aging itself out of existence... The brand is going hyper luxury, fast, and full electric. The JLR design director steered Land rover out of its doldrums to where it is, now it looks like he is steering Jag the same way or beyond

Agreed. The constant complaints on the Jaguar rebrand smack of the worldwide condemnation of the London 2012 identity (shrunk due to social media's infancy). Different doesn't mean bad, it just means different. Context is the key to its execution.
