Today I got to stream a yoga class taught by a dear childhood friend, met a sweet pup, had a delicious early birthday dinner with my parents, a glorious bath, and now I’m cozy in bed with my sweet Tom. Truly lovely day!

Back from a few days at the coast. It was beautiful but the mattress was brutal for my current #spondylolisthesis flare. Got a call that my upcoming evacuation appt is canceled because they don’t take my insurance. Crawled into bed and fell asleep for 5 hours. (Nice first post)
