I didn’t have the honour to know him personally. The initiative of his annual lectures in the College of Europe in Natolin was launched after I graduated, but I was personally touched by his intelligence, his knowledge, empathy, call for action to fight indifference while watching on the screen.

Deeply saddened by the passing of Marian Turski, a towering figure of memory, resilience, and historical truth. His dedication to Holocaust remembrance and the fight against hate will never be forgotten. May his legacy continue to inspire.

Inicjatywa jego corocznych wykładów w Kolegium Europejskim w Natolinie rozpoczęła się po mojej graduacji, ale głęboko poruszyły mnie jego inteligencja, empatia i wezwanie do walki z obojętnością, oglądając je na ekranie. Niech spoczywa w spokoju.
