I’ve used a big one for canning but would never cook with one. My mom used the same one I use and we always tiptoed around while it was under pressure.

Back in the days when newspapers were THE thing, I used to read it with a red marker in hand. Circling and fixing mistakes was a favorite pastime of mine.
