I've been reminded of previous shenanigans in my life, so I'd like to update this with the statement:

Food is not a POLITICAL weapon.

The result has been a lot of bloodwork, finding out I’m prediabetic, also finding out my insurance won’t cover the meds, and not being able to afford them myself lol. Once I’m actually diabetic they will though. Kinda fucked honestly.

I approached it logically where I tracked a few months worth of meals (calories, fat, carbs, etc) and workouts and was like look, this isn’t working and I’d like to get to the bottom of why it isn’t. I also just straight out said that I’d like to explore pharmaceutical assistance.

I've had this pre-ordered for so long now it feels like, I can't wait!
