The fact that Robert Reich @rbreich.bsky.social regularly shares such incredibly valuable and factual posts and nonetheless gets so much less attention and traction on social media compared to most of the dreck out there is a testament to just how fucked up things are today.

A year+ ago, it was pretty easy to tell them apart. Today, it's much harder. Tomorrow, impossible.

Der rechtliche Fokus wird auf der Nutzung des Inhalts zu kommerziellen Zwecken liegen, insbesondere auf der Hinzufügung eines kommerziellen "Call-to-Action" in Bezug auf Abonnements. Dies sowie die Tatsache, dass das österreichische Recht (UrhG § 14) die AGBs von Meta überragt.
