I couldn't disagree more. Israel does not have any other option than eradicating Hamas. Otherwise those attacks against Israel will only get worse once Hamas see weakness in Israel response.

Hamas goal was to kill as many civilians as possible (children were shot in the face!). If Hamas would have killed soldiers instead of civilians, it would be a military operation rather than barbaric terrorism.
