Added this to the sketchbook while I was there, sitting in an external conservatory on one side of the Merz barn.
Wanted to capture the contentment of being there on that day, of feeling and place.
Took loads of ‘gizmo’ photos as well.
The ghosts were there but were faint, requesting my return.

I read this piece when I got home from last night’s event, following a long day walking the earth in Liverpool.
