Further this idea for our Ronso is a non elemental summon but he deals physical damage and his dragon deals magical damage. Overdrive they fuse and then dive bomb explode (because one of kimarhi’s most powerful regular overdrives is an explosion)

Kimahri - hear me out, what if he’s not based on a summon but a mix of the idea of summoner & Dragoon (FFClasses). He has a horn like a classical summoner already. Final Aeon Form he grows back his horn, longer and jagged, & he rides a dragon. If Yojimbo can have a pet so can he.
