Are there any laptop brands that have Linux pre-installed or no OS? It seems everything has Win 11 pre-installed. I am awaiting Framework to come up with AI Max+ 395 laptop.

I am .NET Developer too and planning to move to Linux. But most of the laptops come with windows pre-installed. Did you buy a new one or old one? How's your experience with the development so far? Any tips?
