Recharging in beauty, in ease and in a well regulated nervous system.

“Beauty will save the world”. -Dostoevsky Thinking beauty from the Diné (Navajo) worldview of the Beauty Way of beyond surface aesthetics and towards balance, harmony, equilibrium, truth. I’m focusing on centering beauty as a form of increased resistance and resilience.

I am honoring the grief that has come. Unlike last time, when I stayed in shock and denial, fear and anger.

This time, I shall not make the tactical error to not allow grief to run its course.

As I do so, I am also drawing on all my practices & leaning into beloved community & wisdom keepers.
