As a non-native speaker is pretty good for writing something when you are sure about the content but not the form, like formal letters/emails. Having said that I agree you can implement a better UX in Word or an email client for this rather than copy paste from chat.

Glad to find a fellow west wing fan here. I watch it once or twice a year, specially when I feel down. The dialogues works every time.
