I have tended to lump loud Americans, British and Aussies all in the same groups elsewhere abroad into the same groups as well. You can spot them a mile away, perpetually lost, and unaware of their surroundings. They are to be avoided at all costs.

Good to know this is a cross-Atlantic phenomenon!
