Previous post made me want to see if I could reduce their colors down to just those primary green and red (plus skin tone and black/white). Surely I've done that before, but I don't remember? Either way, it does actually look kinda sharp

Was thinking about the original Panty & Stocking concept comic Imaishi made in 2008, so I went back and looked at it, and it's even better than I remember. I love the style of the actual show, but this, I fucking adore. Like, this is it. This is how I want to draw.

I actually think of Liz as being the anime nerd! Like I've thought about her collecting tapes/DVDs, figures, building models, etc., seems like stuff she'd be into. Meanwhile though, I'm not too into very much anime myself, so I'm reluctant to represent that with only surface-level knowledge
