God, 3rd Strike is so cool.
Any hit would have killed Genki's Alex there, so he:
- Uses the EX to punish Chun's meter-build whiffs.
- Reads Chun's EX Spinning Bird (which would have chip-killed) and crushes it.
- Sets up the overhead and c.MP for pushback just enough to stay out of Chun's HP range
