In April 2020, Sarah’s partner of 22 years, Domino, received #medicalassistanceindying . Shortly after her partner’s death, Sarah began drawing again. The result is a beautiful, impressionist rendering of her journey of #loss and bereavement in the two years that followed Domino’s death.

It's a free, online event taking place on National #Grief and #Bereavement Day. For those missing someone who chose a #medical #assisteddeath , there can be unique dimensions to the experience of grief. Sarah's book is an impactful memoir exploring her experience.
