We have one from our old business. Don’t use it as much as we used to but it’s definitely paid for itself that’s for sure.
I wonder if you could adapt a no churn vanilla recipe? It would be the same process to make the ice cream then just adding the mincemeat mixture before freezing.

Have you tried mince pie ice cream? Made it a few years ago and was lush.

The recipe I use is pretty much the same but less the suet. I use banana instead so you have to use it within 25-36hrs of making it, which is fine as I tend to make a day of doing the filling, pastry and baking it.
