The Dolphin Interoception Method is a practice that helps a person become more embodied. I use it with clients to calm thinking and observe what happens in the body. Also a good way to help people ‘unblend’ in the therapy model IFS. #ifs #therapy #regulation #polyvagal #traumainformed #somatics
