During the day, I'm feeling bombarded with the reality of what's been going on in the world. But at night, my brain is being so nice and surprising me with dreams of my garden, specifically how it will look in spring with all 100+ bulbs I planted. Thank you, sweet brain. 🌱 #inthegarden

Another way to unlock creativity in the winter: blending oils to smell like I'm outside. Oddly, this is enough to excite me to get into my studio and begin working. I recently found a recipe called The Shire. I think that's what hooked me. 🌿 Anyone have a favorite blend I should try? #creativeliving

Staying informed is good, but being able to function on a day to day basis is better. For the next 4 years and maybe longer, I'm going to do my best to not worry about things I can't control. for my own sake. Just me and the birds.

Don’t forget to unplug when you need to. Turn off the TV, throw the phone into the sea, and just exist as the human being on a flying rock in space that you are (that we ALL are).
