Yeah that’s true. Some days I feel good and then I’ll go to bed and it feels like having to face the challenge all over again. But I’m still trying so there’s that :)

Yeah you are absolutely right it was a really tough time for me while I was away it definitely changed me as a person but not in a good way. I wish I had of fought harder and not disappeared. Thank you though for listening and for your thoughts it really is nice and it helps
