I didn't even realize the pricing would change. I moved due to high turn over. Kind of wishing I had known sooner. Allergan at least was willing to always cover my out of pocket amount.

Fun story- changed from Hopkins to Georgetown on my old insurance and it ended up costing only my specialist copay on the same insurance because they billed it completely differently and ordered the botox directly from my specialty pharmacy.

I used the pharma co reimbursement plan when I had coinsurance on it. I would usually knock out my out of pocket max with that first visit. Currently my botox and Qulipta are covered 100% and we are about to go into open season so hopefully too late to change whatever ot is supposed to be next year.

The 100% pharma tariff is going to be a blast too.
