Moving from the Pacific Northwest to the East Coast has introduced me to so many different new plants and trees and seasons. Like what do you MEAN you have a tree that has big, bright flower clusters erupt directly from tree trunks and thick branches??!

Just got out of seeing this gorgeous production!

The actors who puppeted the animals somehow did it in such a way that the animals were the focus and the humans faded into the background - I don't know how they managed it.
