Proud of Annapolis today, and Proud to be part of it! No Kings rally at the State House in the morning, including a reenactment of George Washington's resignation speech, followed by a protest organized by Chesapeake Indivisible in the afternoon by the Annapolis Mall. Great crowds! Great energy!

Spent some time this afternoon making protest signs with my 11 year old. He understood the assignment.

This is our beautiful Ivy who we adopted 6 months ago from her loving family who'd suffered tragedy & had to relocate. She is the bestest girl. We're so lucky! AND: Today is her 5th birthday! (Technically it's the 29th but we don't have one of those this year of course so we're celebrating today!)
