I have started reading again after a long break and have just finished The Wasp Factory by Iain Banks. My goodness, what an imagination he had to have written such a book. A bit too much for me at times, but wow, what an ending! Didn't see that coming at all!!

Not a bad day at work today, saw this fella for one! Great day spent at Port Lympne. I think the Aspinwall foundation is the only wildlife park that actually rewilds its animals.

I live on an estate, in a flat with a shared garden. It sometimes feels like I see more wildlife here on a daily basis than I did when I lived in the country! Here is one of the lovely fox visitors 🦊

Nearly 400 books removed from school libraries in one Tennessee county. Based on my skim of the list, most of them appear to be books by women, authors of color, &/or LGBTQ+ authors.
