I've been using Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts, just trying to figure out the difference, and why TikTok is so magical.

It finally occurred to me, those others are like flipping channels on TV. Kinda mindless, almost all popular stuff...

Had a terrifying horror movie nightmare and couldn't sleep... But, hey, my taxes and budget are done now 🤘

I finally got Mike to watch the Sound of Music for the first time and... Hoo boy. I wasn't prepared for how different and familiar some of it would hit me now. I've seen that movie soooo many times and never anticipated that it would be timely.

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced

Going through my following list one more time. It's amazing to be reminded of all the incredible artists and creators I've been connected to throughout my TikTok journey. 🥹 And I'm so glad so many are here and on YouTube!!

Admittedly, I will still be on Facebook. I haven't found another platform that even comes close to giving me the local community and support I need as a parent and homeschooler. If some other app can pop off as a viable replacement for FB groups and events, that would make me real happy.
