We were at #EvidenceWeek in Parliament this week with @senseaboutsci.bsky.social to present research evidence on effective complaints handling in the NHS to MPs, peers and parliamentary staff. We discussed our latest findings to help them scrutinise government policy in this area.

The @newcastleuni.bsky.social team of the @nihr-pru-bass.bsky.social (plus a few colleagues!) held our festive celebrations last week.

We pause for our winter break on Friday 20th December 2024 and return on Monday 6th January 2025. We can't wait to share and engage with more research in 2025!

In this survey study, we explored if personality traits were associated with false reporting of Covid-19 lateral flow test results. Affective empathy and honesty-humility associated with being less likely to report false results.
