One of the longer poems I have,
cw: sexual abuse
A Poem titled: "Malaise" Poem Body: A useless slut, a worthless whore. A forceful cut, and what he tore: He wormed his way into my heart, Sweetly saying he loved my art. And yet the more his words spilled forth, The more my writing lost its warmth. A delicate soul, A groveling show. Complete domination, Constant violation. Silky sentences, Violent offenses. Head of delusions, Morbid illusions. Abandoned, alone, A quiet, empty phone. Constant temptation, A cold damnation. He showed me no love, Just poisoned foxglove. In despondency, Wings torn from me, Alone in eternity, and then Serendipity. Poem titled: "Malaise" Part 2 Poem Body: Lost in fantasy. Desperate, gone from reality. I begged for quick, cold validity. Silently I sold my dignity. And was met with inhumanity. Lied, tricked, locked and caged. I was Viciously engaged. Misery and pain. Stayed silent, stayed tame. On that day he stole all the Remnants of my soul. Discarded like trash, Piles of useless ash. It took, So many years, so many days, To finally wake up from that haze. A reality I refused to face. Reclaiming my soul, Writing, Trying to be whole.

A Poem entitled "In Your Image" that reads: Lay me down to rest upon the rack, rip, tear, rend free the flesh from my back. Build yourself a ream of my sinew. Make me scream for none, but you. Blood drips. Amidst. Cruel quips. Sew thee seam back into me-- yet another mockery. New songbird never to fly, her new song a melancholic cry. On wretched wings of bloody sinew, these rotten things of malformed tissue. A quiet wish to peacefully die. A forlorn stare-- unable to fly into that beautiful, star-marred sky.
