这种还有变体，比如push-in，大概长下面这样，具体来说就是耳钉的backing是一个扁平的金属圆盘上面焊了一根细金属管，然后耳钉的本体的金属针比这个细金属管细所以可以直接戳进这个细金属管

不是！必须要耳钉末端和ball back两者都有螺纹的才可以！！

可以试一下ball back？就是耳钉但最末端有螺纹，而且固定的部分不是金属、硅胶或塑料的，而是个金属球，上面钻了一个螺纹进去，可以扭进耳钉，不容易脱开，而且睡觉的时候不痛
这种往往不按耳钉卖，很多时候叫耳骨钉之类的，也有时候粗细（指耳钉的金属针的粗细）和长度合适的脐钉眉钉唇钉可以拿来当耳钉用
长下面这样
我自从发现这个东西，平时再也不戴普通耳钉了，因为我很经常用头戴式耳机，普通的耳钉经常给我耳垂后面戳得红红的
