So MAYBE they could replicate those on Linux. And from there the barrier might be low enough for game developers to finally allow Linux support
Anyways. I’m not a game dev nor a low level systems engineer so take what I say with a grain of salt. Would be nice if there is hope though

The recent Steam announcements are certainly a step in the right direction. Now if only we can:
a) get anticheat support working on linux
b) stop letting anticheat basically be malware/rootkits with how deeply those want to integrate with the OS
