Regarding Inktober (2025)
Hey peoples, as most of you know I usually do the Inktober Challenge every October. This year, I'm actually going to skip it. No real big reason behind this decision, I'm just not in the mood to do it. Thought admittedly, last year I did get a ton of tension migraines due to my current desk and chair setup not being great for hunching over a sketchbook, sooooo I kinda want to avoid that crap. But hey, because I'm not trying to crank out drawings every day, I'll have room to hopefully do some spooky themed drawings I normally wouldn't be able to create. To everyone who is taking on Inktober or some other drawing challenge, I wish you the best of luck! Happy Spooky Month! 🎃

I made this for a Phantasy Star Online RP server I'm in.
They're an organization and cleaning robot who's modelled after a Summoner class pet called a Popple.

This was mostly done for fun.

Trying my hand at making a more professional looking character sheet, specifically one that could potentially be used for 2D animation.

This is Ras, a mercenary for the Galactic Anti-Poaching Organization. She's a hyena tiger alien thing
Turnaround concept art sheet showcasing Ras, a humanoid alien with big cat-like ears on the sides of her head, big cat-like purple eyes, a mane of black hair going from her head to the top of her back, a short snout instead of a nose, a long striped tail with a fluffy tuft of white hair on the end, and black skin with bright purple stripes. She's wearing a red-violet tube top, green cargo pants, some blue-grey custom made boots with a little bit of a high-tech look, and she has a faded tattoo in the middle of her back that consists of an oval with a crescent shape underneath it. Line art version of the previous image. The line art is primarily black but the parts where there is no line art in the colored version such as her stripes is represented by red lines. These red lines are standard in hand drawn animation to mark lineless shapes and color borders on a character or object before the drawings are finalized and colored.

'Tis the end of February

So before the month is over, here's a little bonus reference drawing from when I was designing these outfits

I drew a necromancer outfit for Melaina a few years ago and Nameless's last Halloween, so I thought I'd have them dress up together
(and make a really bad pun. They're Nec-romance-rs lmao)

Oh boy it birthday!
There has certainly been a level of underlying stress that has prevented me from really thinking about today. Thankfully a lot of progress was made to contain the LA fires but it kinda stopped me from making concrete plans.
At the very least I still got cake
