I sang Country Joe and the Fish's song Feel like I'm Fixing to Die Rag at kareoke night tonight. I substituted Iran for Vietnam while singing it. It did not go over well in my very red area of Oregon.

Got my C-spine steroid injection a few hours ago. This second one(while awake) took longer and was a bit more unpleasant than rhe first one. Due to existing hardware from a previous surgery. I think I'd rather have surgery instead of steroid injections.

I remember x-raying senior patients. They always said, "Don't get old." Now that I'm old, I know exactly what they meant. I'm getting a steroid injection in my C-spine tomorrow morning. And I'm waiting for a C.T. scan and M.R.I. of the same. Might be time for another surgery.
