#GBVSR_2B Meaty 22L setup that's safe to most H DPs.
Won't work against Percival, Siegfried and Beatrix's H DPs.
Can beat some U DPs that have short range (like Belial's, Grimnir's, Katalina's etc).

Android 17's damage was reduced on parts of his kit to make way for more creative approaches to his combo structure. However, extending combos further after j.236H costs an extra half bar due to how strong 22S cancels make those extensions.

#GBVSR Universally, there is one frame after c.L recovery where characters cannot block but are free to do anything else.
This is what makes safejab > block against U DPs (which are 8f startup) impossible. Though technically you can still spot dodge in that frame, among other things.
