I have thought about this, & one of the ways might be if they stopped talking about it, & actually did stop Social Security, Medicaid, & Medicare. That would (maybe) wake up a bunch of folks. To not get their checks. That would hit home.
This would affect me as well, so I'm not saying it lightly. 😢

Will 1 day do much? Probably not. But people are leaving Amazon completely, and odds are that some may use it less often. That's where it starts to make more noise.
Heck, soon many won't be able to afford to buy anything at all. 😢

I look at like this, they were aware of the blackout, so they suddenly have a sale to try and bribe folks to shop? I have been getting notifications today about all these great deals. So maybe someone is worried?
