Look for a mold specific spray (I think one brand is Moldex?). Most hardware stores carry something that will work.

If you don't already have a dehumidifier they are great for more than just this

As someone who's gone through this, if it's in any kind of porous surface (like drywall), don't use bleach. The bleach molecule is bigger than the water molecule so the bleach only gets on the surface but the water feeds any mold inside.

I am sure that you know this but as a parent of a preschool age child the biggest hurdle to taking advantage of P4A is the dearth of providers. As I understand it funding isn't an issue so much as implementation so I appreciate anytime you can grease the wheels for more providers
